Refunds or replacements can only be made if an item is damaged during shipping and the customer purchased shipping insurance prior to item shipping.
Due to photographs and computer monitor differences refunds can not be made due to a non matching color when a "color match" is requested even though we will do everything in our power to match the color you requested.
All requests for a refund or replacement will be reviewed on an individual basis and the the individual circumstances involved. No guarantees can be made but we will do all we can to make things right and our customers happy.
